Every component is manufactured under the EN ISO 3834-2 welding quality standard and ISO 9001 quality management system, with hydraulic pressure and leak tests carried out before delivery.
Copper panels offer superior thermal conductivity and can operate at lower water temperatures; steel panels provide higher mechanical resistance at a lower maintenance cost. DNL manufactures under the ISO 9001 quality management system and the EN ISO 3834-2 welding quality standard. All critical welded components are subject to TÜV NORD supervision.
Yes. DNL manufactures components for a wide range of furnace diameters and capacities according to customer drawings and specifications. Engineering support for adapting to existing furnace geometry is also available.
Panel service life depends on cooling water quality, operational conditions, and maintenance regularity. DNL provides material and design recommendations to maximise panel lifespan. Contact our engineers for a site-specific estimate.
The standard delivery time for EAF components is 30 to 90 days (for single-component orders such as roof panels, upper shell segments, or elbows). This can be shortened depending on the customer's urgency. As DNL Mühendislik operates on a custom manufacturing model, the precise delivery schedule is shared once the technical project details are finalized.
